Greer has taken her girlfriend Heather on a ‘relaxing’ trip to a midwestern lakeside cabin, with the intent of helping Heather unwind and get off alcohol before they begin fertilization treatments, but tensions build when it becomes obvious to Greer that sobering up Heather - a fully in-denial alcoholic - won’t be an easy task. Making things even more awkward is the sudden arrival of Dillon, Greer’s cousin and a bisexual conservative Christian, bringing with his boyfriend Ben along with him. Dillon also has some addictions of his own. Soon, Heather and Dillon’s personal demons - and the way they play off one another - are threatening to undermine their relationships and plans for the future. “Leviathan,” penned by Bethany Dickens Assaf, tells this story through a tight four-person cast and brilliant contemporary language.

After her husband Lee dies suddenly, neuroscientist Renee uses her consciousness-transferal technology, with the assistance of her lab tech Greg, to inhabit Lee’s body and secure the future of her company. Renee believes Lee’s schedule is full of board meetings and investor schmoozing. Instead, she meets a sex worker named Alma he’s been wooing, has a disconcerting interaction with Lee’s best friend Helen, and is struck by her own new and confusing feelings of desire. Not to mention the hallucinations... or are they memories? When the hallucinations begin, Renee needs to believe they’re minor flaws in her otherwise revolutionary technology. But when she starts “remembering” things she never witnessed and conversing with Lee’s ghost, she suspects something far more frightening is at play.

Service Industry follows Lily, an aspiring comedian, as she takes a day job at Bases Loaded, a sports bar. She quickly falls into a relationship with Kristen, an actress who has drifted away from the profession, and spends more energy at her “money” job than her artistic job. Throughout the play, Lily is forced to reckon with balancing survival with artistic passions, ultimately asking the question everyone is forced to reckon with; when is it time to give up?
